WHAT

Scope Groups are an expression of EMC’s vision and her mission of building community, discipling and sharing the good news.

WHO

Scope Groups are composed of children, young people, adults, elders and families from a local neighbourhood led by trained leaders. Wherever possible full families are encouraged to participate.

WHERE

Scope Groups meet periodically in homes of host families.

WHEN

Scope Groups meet at least twice a month on scheduled days for study and fellowship. They may also get together on special occasions for other shared activities.

WHY

Scope Groups are designed to be safe spaces for holistic care (physical, emotional, spiritual). They will nurture, grow and multiply.

HOW

Scope Groups meetings will include sharing from the study, sharing from their lives and praying for each other.

SCOPE Leaders Catch - up

The SCOPE Leaders meet together once a month to catch up and be renewed. These meetings are aimed at Spiritually nurturing the leaders, building skills in facilitating small groups and running an intergenerational small group effectively.
