An Extraordinary People

Are you despised in this world because of something you can’t help or can’t achieve? You might have been born in a poor family, you might not be good in academics or sports, your teachers or professors might have given up on you or/and you might have you given up on yourself. Sometimes people have disabilities either physical or psychological. Your parents or partners might not understand you; your bosses might despise your work. Cheer up! Jesus, the King of kings and Lord of lords was born not in a royal family as expected. He was born into a lowly family. He had to assist his father who was a carpenter up to a certain age. It was long after that he began to do his Heavenly Fathers business. At his most popular time he didn’t choose to ride a horse but rather a donkey’s colt to ride on. Strange but true. And today he chooses you. You aren’t despised in his eyes. You are uniquely special. His love is unconditional. Come to him and do not be ashamed, He is all you need both for inner as well as outer contentment. He loves you for always.

Lowly things has he chosen,

Simple things are his delight,

His greatness into them is woven

His grace in them glows bright.

Prayer

Dear God, thank you for enfolding me in your love, May I be more like you and allow you to be seen more clearly In me with every passing day. In Christ’s Name I pray. Amen.
